Our online driver interest form is an initial recruiting enquiry, not a full employment application. It collects road availability, misdemeanor or felony convictions within the past 10 years with a brief explanation when applicable, and the number of moving violations within the past 5 years. It does not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or images, banking information, medical or drug-testing information, full dates of birth, immigration documents, background-check authorizations, or detailed accident records. Qualified candidates provide that information later, through a secure application process.
